Select an item, select size and click on "ADD TO CART". Continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. After you have made your final selections, click “VIEW CART" to view all items in cart.

Once in cart, click "CHECKOUT" to enter shipping, billing and payment info.

ORDERING PROCESS

Getting your order in a timely manner is a top priority for us and we do our best to process all orders within 24 hours Monday thru Friday.

Our goal is to fill every order placed as quickly as possible. However, inventory is subject to change and any unavailable item will be canceled. We do not backorder any items and you will only be charged for the product that has been shipped to you.

If we have a substitute item to swap into, we will notify you by email to see if you would like to make the adjustment as requested.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You can update all your account info by logging into your account.  

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER ONCE SUBMITTED?

Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we cannot add or remove items from your order.

thetowpig.com wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but in case there is a problem, we gladly offer easy returns.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will be either automatically issued to the original purchasing credit card, or options to substituted your items for styles instock.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you change your mind or if the product does not fit, you have up to 30 days in order to contact us to make arrangements in order to exchange product. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on thetowpig.com for return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please email us at info@thetowpig.com with your order number and the item you wish to return/exchange.

All returns must be approved before shipping back. A Return Authorization Number {RA#} must be provided before a return can be processed.

Please provide the following information when requesting a return.

  • Name on order
  • Email on order
  • Date order was placed
  • Order #
  • Reason for Return

REFUNDS

Once we receive the item(s) within the allotted 30 days, we will then either issues a refund to your original form of payment. If you return your items after the 30-day limit we may be able to offer you a The Tow Pig Adventure Co. web-store credit.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We handle exchanges the same as returns. If you wish to exchange an item(s), please email us at info@thetowpig.com with your order number and the name of the item you wish to exchange. The Tow Pig Adventure Co. will then provide you with a return shipping label to mail back the item(s) free of charge. Once we receive the item, we will then process your exchange order and email with updated tracking info.  Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we will issues a gift card credit for future purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order.  Your order will be shipped Priority or First-Class USPS, or UPS. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, Monday or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Tow Pig Adventure Co. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification along with tracking information.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

All orders are shipped out of California. We do our best to ship orders promptly, but please be patient as order flow can determine the numbers of days to release and order.

USPS First-Class Mail (Default Option) – Shipments vary upon what state it’s going to. Usually about a maximum of 5 business days.

UPS Ground – Shipments vary upon what state it’s going to. Usually about a maximum of 5 business days.

SHIPPING & HANDLING DOMESTIC

Rates are based on your Zip Code/Postal Code. All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax. Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.

CANADA & AUSTRALIA International items ship in 5 business days excluding foreign customs processing. Taxes will be included in your order however; no additional duties will be applied to your order upon checkout. Please refer to your country's local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. The Tow Pig Adventure Co., holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.  

PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to keep customs costs down, however customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United States. Because these laws and fees can change over time, The Tow Pig Adventure Co. encourages customers to check with the applicable customs offices before placing an order. The Tow Pig Adventure Co. does not add any of these fees to orders before checkout. The Tow Pig Adventure Co. will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes. Duty, VAT and Other Fees Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner supports. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees.

The Tow Pig Adventure Co, holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, The Tow Pig Adventure Co. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when The Tow Pig Adventure Co., delivers these items to the carrier.

If for some reason a package is lost, please contact the carrier to file a claim for missing package. Once a package has been scanned and process by the carrier, it is now their responsible to provide further details on the status of the package.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
